Dennis has over 40 years experience providing business advice and implementing sophisticated business strategies for a number of companies. The majority of his career has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including 22 years as a Partner in the Audit and Assurance Group. Following his retirement from PwC in 2012, Dennis has been a Business Advisor to a number of greenhouse operators/marketers in the Leamington/Kingsville area. In addition, Dennis has been a member of the Board of Directors of several public companies including Aphria Inc., where he served from July 2014 to September 2018.. He is also Vice President of Staudt Farms Limited, a family owned farming operation in Leamington, Ontario.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has both a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA)(Ontario) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)(Illinois) designation. Mr. Staudt was an Advisory Board Member at the University of Windsor Centre for Executive and Professional Education, and the former Chair of the Leamington District Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Art Gallery of Windsor and the Art Gallery of Windsor Foundation. He has also previously served on the Board of Governors of the University of Windsor and has taught as a Sessional Lecturer in Accounting.
