KINGSVILLE, Ontario, March 15, 2021 – Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation (“Greenway”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Dennis Staudt has joined the Company’s Board of Directors.

Dennis will be working closely with the management team on further developing and implementing Greenway’s strategic and financial direction.
About Dennis Staudt
Dennis’s career has spanned over four decades, providing and implementing sophisticated business strategies for a number of companies. The majority of his time was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including 22 years as a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group. Following his retirement from PwC in 2012, Dennis joined the Board of Directors of Aphria Inc., where he served from July 2014 to September 2018. He currently sits on the Board of HAVN Life Sciences Inc., a biotechnology company. He is also Vice President of Staudt Farms Limited, a family owned farming operation in Leamington, Ontario
Dennis is a graduate of the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has both a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA)(Ontario) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)(Illinois) designation. Mr. Staudt is also an Advisory Board Member at the University of Windsor Centre for Executive and Professional Education, and the former Chair of the Leamington District Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Art Gallery of Windsor and the Art Gallery of Windsor Foundation. He has also previously served on the Board of Governors of the University of Windsor and has taught as a Sessional Lecturer in Accounting.
